At 57 years old I have never done a weight loss program before where I had someone to assist in the process. Dr. Mary was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and Excellent at explaining the body chemistry's process for weight loss. I selected this program because I did not like the thought of eating packaged foods. I also wanted a program that would educate me on how to stand on my own after the program finished. I could not be more pleased with the results as I started in August and within 3 months lost over 30 lbs and most of it without strenuous exercise which was amazing to me. I was a skinny Fat person and did not realize how much overweight I was, especially with the deadly visceral type fat. Now that I have lost it I can stop taking my blood pressure medication and my MD no longer needs to think about prescription for having a A1C in the 6.5 range as it’s now almost under 6. I just graduated the program and feel empowered with the knowledge necessary on how to eat right, enjoy good food and how to lose another 5-10lbs on my own and keep it off. Love Skinny Seattle and Dr. Mary and most of all this program! My husband and I have had great weight loss results but more importantly the program has taught us to love cooking together and eating great food! I have done diets with special drinks and pre-packaged foods. Lost weight but didn’t learn a thing and the weight loss was not sustainable. This program is nothing but fresh and whole food you purchase and teaches you how to give your body what it needs. Love your body and it loves you back. You aren’t denied but will learn about choices and when you enjoy food for fuel and food for fun!

I can't overstate how impressed I was with the Skinny Seattle program; it has been nothing short of life-changing. I have lost over 40lbs (to date), have more energy, lowered my A1C to 5.1 and most importantly have the tools to move forward with a healthy lifestyle. I have tried various diets, exercise, etc. over the years and while I have had some success, it was limited and ultimately didn't stick. The support you receive in the program is exceptional; from the materials (recipe guide, program phase videos, etc.), to the regular check-ins and the messaging support for questions thru their app. In the last phase of the program, you learn to reincorporate foods you love without regaining all the weight (they call if "Food for Fun" vs. "Food for Fuel"). Thank You Skinny Seattle for creating such a great program to lose weight, with the goal of keeping it off long-term. This is the key! With many weight loss programs, you are able to get the weight off, but keeping it off is the true measure of a program that results in lifestyle changes that are individually tailored to how your body adapts and responds to the foods you eat. The inflammatory foods and learning how they put stress on your body to gain weight over time is an educational experience. I have learned so many more tools to adjust and get back on track after graduating from the program. I am confident that I can manage and maintain with success. Skinny Seattle is an amazing program, that not only shows you how to lose weight but also focuses on improving your overall health - blood pressure, cholesterol, visceral fat, etc. I also learned so much about how the metabolism works and what can cause it to slow down. Unlike all the fad diets I've tried, that always resulted in temporary weight loss, Skinny Seattle's program focuses on sustainable practices. Dr. Mary does a REALLY good job at explaining and educating you about making good healthy choices, which help shift the mind towards long-term healthy lifestyle. This, along with the positive and motivational videos, good communication and check-ins, significantly enhances the likelihood of success. I lost 18 pounds on the program!! Plus, Dr. Mary teaches you how to continue losing weight, post program, if you so desire. The Skinny Seattle program was worth every penny to me! I am so happy I found them.
